Cancellation Policy

Payment: 25% deposit due within 24 hours to secure booking. Remaining balance due day of event (cash/check only). Please complete payment privately as performers exit. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with 7+ days notice. If we cancel, your deposit is refunded. Partial refunds may apply if we end early due to performer-related issues. No refunds if you request early departure. Please provide the total number of children invited (not RSVPs) when booking. This ensures proper timing and supplies. We strictly follow child-to-time ratios so each child can participate. If additional time is needed due to an inaccurate count, an overtime fee of $1 per minute will apply. Each child receives: One (1) activity application (face paint, glitter, tattoo, or hair braiding) - One (1) craft No touch-ups or second applications due to time limits. Please discourage swimming or removal of applications. Crafts are simple and vary by character. Accurate counts ensure enough supplies. For safety and costume care: 70°F+ → Indoors with A/C - 60–70°F → Outdoors in full shade allowed - 50°F or below → Indoors with heat Rain/snow/wet conditions → Indoors only (including up to 3 hours after rain) Severe weather may require rescheduling or cancellation (deposit refunded if we cancel). Some characters may require stricter indoor conditions. Travel Fee $20 included (within 30 miles) +$20 for events beyond 30 miles Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of costumes, props, or supplies. Unreturned items after 24 hours will be charged at full replacement cost. All tools and supplies are sanitized before and after events. We ask guests to follow similar hygiene practices. Character Interaction Gentle interactions only (hugs, high-fives, photos). Lap sitting only if invited. Performers cannot lift/carry children. Respectful behavior is required at all times. Performers may decline interactions if a child is uncomfortable or behavior is inappropriate. Do not offer performers food or drinks. Keep food/drinks away from costumes. Event Setup - Please provide: Activity space, table, and chairs. Seating for performers. Parking for each performer To preserve the magic: Keep arrivals/departures out of view. Help keep children engaged. Host should greet performers and introduce the birthday child All performers are trained, CPR certified, and experienced in childcare, education, or entertainment.
