Service Description
We are not just for birthdays! Choose your favorite character for an enchanting 30-minute to 2-hour experience filled with photos, autographs, singing, dancing, story time and more! With endless smiles and warm hugs guaranteed, elevate your next event and create unforgettable memories for all your guests! Want to make your celebration even more magical? We also offer convenient add-on services through our trusted local business partners, including: Face Painting, Hair Styling, Mini Manicures These services can all be booked in one place through us, making party planning easy! Add-on services are provided by our local partners and are available for an additional cost based on the selected service.
Cancellation Policy
Pricing for each event will show when you tap the "Request to Book" button! Your card WILL NOT be charged when you send your request. You will be sent an invoice with instructions on how to pay your deposit and remaining balance AFTER your request has been approved. This is when you may use your card you placed on file to send your deposit. PLEASE CHECK SPAM FOLDER for emails and updates regarding your invoice and booking. Reminders/check-in's will be sent via email 3 days prior to your event to follow up and reconfirm the details of your booking. Please be sure to read and sign ALL of the Policies, Procedures, and Liability Waiver BEFORE your scheduled event. Failure to do so results in characters not be attending. Please provide the total number of children invited (not RSVPs) when booking. This ensures proper timing and supplies. We strictly follow child-to-time ratios so each child can participate. If additional time is needed due to an inaccurate count, an overtime fee of $1 per minute will apply. All characters you can choose from to book are listed on our website under the "Characters" tab. We do not take special requests for characters that are not listed on our "Characters" tab. Each child receives: One (1) activity application (face paint, glitter, tattoo, or hair braiding) - One (1) craft No touch-ups or second applications due to time limits. Please discourage swimming or removal of applications. Crafts are simple and vary by character. Accurate counts ensure enough supplies. Event Setup - Please provide: Activity space, table, and chairs. Seating for performers. Parking for each performer To preserve the magic: Keep arrivals/departures out of view. Help keep children engaged. Host should greet performers and introduce the birthday child All performers are trained, CPR certified, and experienced in childcare, education, or entertainment!
